Want to play Netball?

Netball is a fast-paced, exciting team sport that builds fitness, confidence, and strong connections.

It provides a full-body workout by improving speed, strength, agility, and coordination, all while keeping players constantly engaged.

Because teamwork and communication are essential, netball helps develop leadership skills, quick decision-making, and trust both on and off the court.

Netball is also a great way to make friends and feel part of a community.

Training and playing together encourages teamwork, support, and lasting friendships, helping players build strong social connections while having fun.

With positions suited to different strengths and abilities, netball is an inclusive sport where everyone can play an important role.
